* Model No.4A~6.8A of 2JZ double-stage high-pressure blower consists of two-series backward curved impellers, thickened steel volute casing, streamlined circular air inlet and foot-mounted direct-coupled driving motor. ·
* The unit adopts unique double-stage impeller compression structure; every two groups of impellers pass independent static & dynamic balance calibration to realize ultra-high pressure air output, featuring low running noise and stable operation. ·
* The whole fan body is fabricated with heavy-duty carbon steel plate via integrated welding, compact overall layout with integrated base bracket for floor fixing installation. ·
* Optimized double-stage inner flow channel reduces intermediate airflow loss and greatly improves total pressure efficiency.

Material Properties
With ultra-high pressure, low noise and solid durable structure, 2JZ double-stage blowers are widely used for high-pressure forced ventilation of forging furnace, glass, electroplating and ceramic industries, as well as pneumatic material conveying for grain depot, feed processing and mineral powder production lines.
Standard series is equipped with Y-series three-phase asynchronous motor; explosion-proof B-2JZ variant fitted with YB flameproof motor is customizable for flammable granular material conveying on request.
Benefits
Standard 2JZ blower is suitable for conveying non-flammable, non-toxic and non-corrosive clean air; explosion-proof model can deliver slightly volatile combustible particle medium. Conveyed gas shall exclude sticky substances, solid dust & grit content ≤150mg/m³, medium working temperature ≤80℃.
Fan Structure
Explosion-proof B-2JZ and anti-corrosion F-2JZ retain identical airflow performance, outline dimension and installation hole size as standard carbon steel 2JZ blower, only driving motor or casing material is replaced accordingly.

Most models run at 2800r/min or 2900/2930r/min, power range 0.9~18.5kW, corresponding flow 200~2920m³/h and total pressure 3500~5100Pa.
