DZ High Pressure Centrifugal Fan

* Model 3.6A and 4.5A of DZ high pressure centrifugal fan is direct-coupled type, consisting of backward curved high-pressure impeller, heavy-gauge steel welded volute casing, round inlet and base mounted direct drive motor. ·

* The impeller is fitted with multiple thick backward curved high-pressure blades, all finished with precise static and dynamic balance correction to realize steady high-pressure air output and smooth running performance. ·

* Thickened integral steel casing owns strong pressure resistance, and square discharge flange is designed for quick pipeline matching with carton processing equipment. ·

* Optimized inner volute flow path minimizes wind loss and upgrades pressure efficiency for forced air supply and bulk material pneumatic transfer.

Material Properties

DZ fan is tailor-made special blower for carton machinery, meanwhile applicable for industrial high-pressure forced ventilation and granular raw material conveying. Standard fan is fitted with general three-phase asynchronous motor; explosion-proof B-DZ version equipped with YB flameproof motor can be customized for flammable particle delivery on request.

Benefits

Standard DZ fan transports non-corrosive, non-combustible harmless clean air; explosion-proof type is available for slightly flammable granular medium conveying. The conveyed medium cannot contain adhesive matters, the content of dust and hard grit shall not exceed 150mg/m³, and medium working temperature shall not surpass 80℃.

Fan Structure

Explosion-proof B-DZ shares same airflow performance, overall dimension and mounting dimension as ordinary carbon steel DZ fan, only the drive motor is replaced with explosion-proof type.

Model Selection

Model 3.6A runs at 2900r/min with 3kW power, air volume from 1217 to 3000m³/h and total pressure ranging 1946~2625Pa; Model 4.5A keeps 2900r/min rotating speed with 5.5kW power, corresponding flow 1577~3000m³/h and total pressure 3600~4279Pa.
