* Model No.12~No.30 of HTFC-II double-speed cabinet fan consists of multi-blade forward curved impeller, fully sealed galvanized steel cabinet shell, rectangular flanged inlet/outlet and side-mounted pole-changing double-speed motor. ·

* The impeller is composed of multiple forward curved multi-wing blades and front & rear disc; all impellers pass strict static & dynamic balance calibration for smooth operation and superior aerodynamic efficiency. ·

* Two cabinet construction options available: aluminum framed cabinet and external side motor layout cabinet, both adopt integral sealed galvanized steel plate with side maintenance access door for convenient inspection. ·

* Double-speed pole-changing motor enables two rotating speeds in one unit: low speed for daily ventilation, high speed for emergency fire smoke exhausting. ·

* The whole series has obtained national mandatory 3C fire certification, fully compliant with fire protection exhaust standard.

Material Properties

With dual-speed dual-purpose design, high temperature fire resistance and compact cabinet layout, HTFC-II fans are widely used for daily air exchange and fire emergency smoke exhaust in hotels, stadiums, commercial buildings, high-rise residences and industrial plants, also matched with central air conditioning & air purification systems.

Standard unit is fitted with ordinary double-speed Y-series motor; explosion-proof B-HTFC-II with YB flameproof motor and SUS304 stainless steel anti-corrosion customized version are available on request for flammable & corrosive waste gas working conditions.

Benefits

Standard HTFC-II fan is applicable to deliver non-flammable, non-toxic and non-corrosive clean air; explosion-proof variant can exhaust volatile combustible gas. Conveyed medium cannot contain sticky substance and coarse particulate impurities, dust concentration ≤150mg/m³; normal working ambient temperature ≤80℃, and under fire smoke exhaust condition, the fan can continuously run over 30 minutes under 280℃ high-temperature flue gas.

Fan Structure

Explosion-proof B-HTFC-II and anti-corrosion F-HTFC-II share identical airflow parameters, overall dimension and installation flange size as standard galvanized HTFC-II fan, only motor or cabinet material is replaced accordingly.

Model Selection

Each specification is marked with dual power & dual rotating speed (Low/High Power, Low/High RPM): low-speed running for routine indoor ventilation & fresh air supply, high-speed startup for sudden fire smoke evacuation; power scope 0.9~13kW, dual rotating speed ranges from 433~1250r/min, corresponding dual sets of flow & pressure to satisfy two operating conditions.
