* Model PXG-0.18 ~ PXG-7.5 of POPULA PXG vortex blower consists of die-cast aluminum alloy blower housing, multi-ring precision impeller and custom-designed dedicated drive motor. ·
* The impeller undergoes strict static & dynamic balance calibration; enclosed vortex compression design realizes both air blowing and vacuum suction, delivering completely oil-free & moisture-free clean air source. ·
* Full aluminum integrated casting construction ensures compact outline, lightweight body and low operating noise; all models run at fixed speed 2900r/min.
* Optimized internal airflow channel stabilizes high-pressure output and supports long-duration continuous operation.

Material Properties
Boasting oil-free gas supply, dual blow/suction function, compact dimension and low noise, PXG ring blowers are widely used for matched mechanical equipment, wastewater treatment aeration, aquaculture oxygenation, gas transmission, industrial dust removal, bottle drying, automatic material feeding & collecting system.
Standard unit is equipped with general three-phase asynchronous motor; explosion-proof B - PXG variant with YB flameproof motor is available upon request for flammable volatile gas extraction.
Benefits
Standard PXG blower is applicable for conveying clean dry non-corrosive air; explosion-proof model can handle slightly combustible gas suction. Medium shall contain no sticky substance, liquid drop or bulky grit, working medium temperature ≤80℃.
Fan Structure
Explosion-proof B - PXG shares identical airflow performance, overall dimension and installation size with standard aluminum PXG blower, only drive motor is replaced with explosion-proof specification.
