* Model No.SHT2.5A to No.SHT4.0A of SHT type portable fan is composed of impeller, cylindrical casing, safety guard grille and integrated portable direct motor. ·
* The impeller is made of multi-piece forward curved axial blades, hub and reinforcing plate. ·
* These industrial portable blowing & exhaust fans are made of high-quality steel sheet, all impellers pass static and dynamic balance test, with excellent aerodynamic performance, high efficiency and stable running. ·
* The casing of SHT portable fan adopts integral fixed cylindrical structure, fitted with portable hand grip and supporting foot stand for flexible moving on site. ·
* The front & rear side of fan are equipped with fixed metal safety mesh, which can prevent accidental contact with rotating blades; matching telescopic flexible duct is optional for extended air delivery. ·
* The streamline inlet ensures air flows smoothly into impeller to improve ventilation efficiency.

Material Properties
Featured by lightweight body, easy portability, low noise and stable air volume curve, SHT portable axial fans are ideal equipment for confined space air supply & exhaust, widely used for container ventilation, tunnel construction air exchange, mechanical workshop local exhausting, ship maintenance and emergency smoke removal of all kinds of engineering projects.
Standard SHT models from SHT2.5A to SHT4.0A are equipped with 220V single-phase motor; customized multiple voltages (110V/380V etc.) and explosion-proof versions are available on request. Explosion-proof BSHT series is configured with flameproof motor for exhausting volatile flammable gas.
Benefits
The transporting medium is clean air or other harmless non-explosive gas. With anti-explosion motor, BSHT explosion-proof portable fan can be applied for ventilation of volatile combustible gas. The conveyed medium shall not contain sticky substance or excessive granular dust, dust concentration ≤150mg/m³, medium temperature no higher than 80℃. The matched telescopic duct can connect with fan outlet to realize long-distance air feeding in narrow confined space.
Fan Structure
BSHT explosion-proof portable fan shares identical airflow performance, dimension and installation size with standard SHT series fan, only the driving motor is replaced with explosion-proof type.
Model Selection
Standard SHT2.5A~4.0A adopt integrated portable single-phase motor with fixed bracket; different voltage and explosion-proof options can be selected according to actual working condition.
