XQ High Pressure Centrifugal Fan
* XQ series includes Type I and Type II, all built with high-pressure backward curved impeller, thick carbon steel welded scroll casing, circular air inlet and direct-coupled foot motor, designed specially for cement industry working condition. ·
* The impeller is equipped with heavy-duty high-pressure backward curved blades, every impeller goes through strict dynamic and static balance calibration to realize stable ultra-high pressure output and low-vibration running. ·
* Thickened integral steel casing owns outstanding compression resistance to adapt dusty cement production environment, with standard square outlet for quick pipeline connection for material conveying system. ·
* Optimized internal volute flow path reduces wind resistance loss and improves pressure efficiency for forced air supply and granular raw material pneumatic transportation.
XQ Model Features
Material Properties
Developed as exclusive matching blower for cement plant, XQ I & XQ II fans are widely applied for high-pressure forced ventilation and bulk material conveying across cement processing lines. Standard unit is equipped with common three-phase asynchronous motor; explosion-proof B - XQ customized with YB flameproof motor is available upon request for flammable raw material delivery.
Benefits
Standard XQ fan delivers clean non-corrosive and non-self-ignition air; explosion-proof version can convey slightly combustible granular medium. The transported medium cannot contain sticky substances, dust and hard particle content shall not exceed 150mg per cubic meter, and medium operating temperature is limited below 80℃.
Fan Structure
Explosion-proof B - XQ keeps identical airflow performance, overall dimension and installation size as standard carbon steel XQ fan, only driving motor is replaced with explosion-proof specification.
Model Selection
XQ I-4.5A runs at fixed 2900r/min with 3kW power, its air volume ranges from 372 to 1314 cubic meters per hour while total pressure falls between 4722Pa and 4990Pa. XQ I-5.4A adopts 4kW motor under 2900r/min rotation speed, with airflow of 334~1125m³/h and total pressure from 6363Pa up to 6422Pa. XQ II-4.7A is fitted with 5.5kW motor at 2900r/min, corresponding flow covers 503~1907m³/h and total pressure 4987~5405Pa.
