* Model No.8D to No.20D of Y4-73 D-type boiler induced draft fan is composed of high temperature resistant backward curved impeller, reinforced thick steel welded volute casing, streamlined circular air inlet and separate base driving unit connected via flexible coupling. ·

* The impeller is assembled with multiple high-temperature backward curved airfoil blades, front disc and rear hub plate; all wheel assemblies pass strict static & dynamic balance calibration to guarantee stable low-vibration operation under high-temperature flue gas working condition. ·

* These boiler exhaust induced draft fans are fabricated with heat-resistant carbon steel plate, optimized internal volute flow path reduces flue gas flow loss to achieve high exhausting efficiency and stable performance under variable boiler load. ·

* The fan casing adopts integral reinforced welding structure, and D-type split base design separates fan casing base and motor pedestal for convenient equipment disassembly, maintenance and bearing replacement. ·

* The air inlet is one-piece curved streamline structure, which guides high-temperature flue gas evenly into impeller and improves overall exhausting efficiency.

Featured by high temperature resistance, large air volume, stable pressure output and reliable long-term continuous operation, Y4-73 induced draft fans are specialized supporting exhaust equipment for 2~670t/h steam boiler flue gas exhausting system of large thermal power plants.

 

All D-type models ranging from 8D to 20D can be equipped with standard Y-series three-phase asynchronous motor or YB flameproof motor for special fuel boiler on request, installation dimension follows D-type coupling mounting standard.

 

F-Y4-73 anti-corrosion variant is fully made of stainless steel material, customized for corrosive acidic flue gas exhausting from special industrial boilers, keeping identical airflow parameters and foundation mounting dimension as standard carbon steel Y4-73 fan.

 

Benefits

 

Standard Y4-73 fan is used for conveying boiler high-temperature flue gas; equipped with explosion-proof flameproof motor, B-Y4-73 explosion-proof type can exhaust volatile flammable flue gas from fuel-fired boiler. The conveyed flue gas shall not contain sticky adhesive substance, bulky solid grit; dust particle concentration shall be controlled below 150mg/m³, the highest allowable medium temperature shall not exceed 250℃, and dust removal equipment with dust removing efficiency ≥85% must be installed at fan inlet.
