* Model No.4D to No.16D of Y8-39 boiler induced draft fan is composed of heat-resistant backward curved airfoil impeller, thickened wear-resistant steel welded volute casing, streamlined circular air inlet and separate base driving unit connected by flexible coupling. ·

* The impeller is assembled with multiple high-temperature backward curved blades, front disc and rear hub plate; all impeller components pass strict static & dynamic balance calibration to achieve stable low-vibration operation under dusty hot flue gas environment. ·

* These boiler smoke exhaust blowers are fabricated with premium carbon steel sheet, optimized internal volute flow channel reduces flue flow loss and keeps stable exhausting efficiency under fluctuating boiler operating load. ·

* Split base layout separates fan pedestal and motor base for convenient shaft alignment, daily maintenance and power unit replacement. ·

* Curved integrated streamline air inlet guides high-temperature flue evenly into impeller and improves overall smoke exhausting efficiency.

Featured by outstanding heat resistance, strong anti-abrasion property and stable pressure characteristic curve, Y8-39 induced draft fans are special matching exhaust equipment for 0.5~35t/h industrial boilers equipped with flue gas desulfurization and dust removal system.

 

All specifications can be equipped with standard Y-series three-phase asynchronous motor; B-Y8-39 explosion-proof variant fitted with YB flameproof motor is available on request for special combustible-fuel industrial boiler.

 

F-Y8-39 full stainless steel anti-corrosion customized version is supplied for working condition when inlet flue temperature exceeds 250℃, retaining identical airflow parameters and foundation mounting dimension as standard carbon steel Y8-39 fan.

 

Benefits

 

Standard Y8-39 fan is designed for extracting boiler high-temperature flue gas; explosion-proof B-Y8-39 can exhaust volatile combustible flue gas from special fuel-fired boiler. The conveyed flue gas shall not contain sticky impurities, dust and hard particulate impurity shall be controlled properly, maximum allowable inlet medium temperature shall not exceed 250℃, and dust removal equipment with purification efficiency ≥85% must be installed at fan inlet to reduce flue ash content and protect impeller from abrasion damage.
