* Model No.8D~18D of Y9-35 boiler induced draft fan is constructed with heat-resistant backward curved airfoil impeller, thickened high-temperature steel welded volute casing, streamlined circular air inlet and split-base driving assembly connected via flexible coupling. ·

* The impeller is composed of multiple high-temperature resistant backward curved blades plus front and rear wheel disc; all impeller assemblies pass strict static & dynamic balance calibration to guarantee stable low-vibration operation under high-temperature boiler flue gas condition. ·

* These boiler smoke exhaust blowers are manufactured with premium carbon steel plate; optimized inner volute flow path reduces flue gas flow loss and maintains stable exhausting efficiency amid fluctuating boiler running load. ·

* Split base structure separates fan body base and independent motor pedestal for convenient field alignment, regular inspection and later parts replacement. ·

* Curved streamlined air inlet guides high-temperature flue evenly into impeller to lift overall smoke exhausting efficiency; multiple optional outlet angles from left/right 10° to 270° are available for flexible pipeline matching.

Featured by reliable high temperature resistance and stable exhaust performance curve, Y9-35 series fans are specialized matched exhaust equipment for 2~240t/h steam boiler flue gas exhausting system of thermal power plants and industrial boiler stations.

 

All specifications can be equipped with standard Y-series three-phase asynchronous motor; B-Y9-35 explosion-proof variant fitted with YB flameproof motor is optional for boilers burning volatile inflammable fuel on request.

 

F-Y9-35 full stainless steel anti-corrosion customized version is supplied for working condition where inlet flue temperature exceeds 250℃, keeping identical airflow parameters and foundation mounting dimension as standard carbon steel Y9-35 fan.

 

Benefits

Standard Y9-35 fan is used for extracting high-temperature boiler flue gas; explosion-proof B-Y9-35 can exhaust combustible volatile flue gas from special fuel-fired boiler. Maximum allowable inlet medium temperature shall not exceed 250℃, and dust removal equipment with purification efficiency no less than 85% must be installed at fan inlet to filter ash particles and protect impeller against abrasion.
