* Model No.4D~16D of Y9-38 boiler induced draft fan consists of high-temperature resistant backward curved airfoil impeller, reinforced thick steel welded volute casing, streamlined circular air inlet and split base driving unit connected via flexible coupling. ·

* The impeller is assembled with multiple heat-resistant backward curved blades, front disc and rear hub plate; all wheel assemblies pass strict static & dynamic balance calibration to guarantee stable low-vibration operation under dusty high-temperature flue gas working condition. ·

* These boiler smoke exhaust blowers are fabricated with wear-resistant carbon steel plate, optimized internal volute flow path cuts flue gas flow loss and keeps steady exhausting efficiency under variable boiler load fluctuation.

* Split base design separates fan casing base and independent motor pedestal via coupling, bringing convenience for on-site alignment, daily inspection and later component replacement. ·

* Curved streamlined air inlet guides high-temperature dusty flue evenly into impeller to promote overall exhaust efficiency.

Featured by high temperature resistance, strong anti-abrasion performance and stable exhaust curve, Y9-38 series fans are specialized matched exhaust equipment for 0.5~35t/h industrial boilers equipped with preheater and flue gas dust removal system. All specifications can be fitted with standard Y-series three-phase asynchronous motor; B-Y9-38 explosion-proof variant equipped with YB flameproof motor is optional for special fuel-fired boiler on request.

 

F-Y9-38 full stainless steel anti-corrosion customized version is available for corrosive acidic flue gas working condition, retaining identical airflow parameters and foundation mounting dimension as standard carbon steel Y9-38 fan.

 

Benefits

 

Standard Y9-38 fan is used for exhausting boiler high-temperature flue gas; explosion-proof B-Y9-38 can extract volatile combustible flue gas from special industrial boiler. Inlet flue gas temperature shall not exceed 250℃, and dust removal equipment with purification efficiency ≥85% must be installed at fan inlet to reduce ash content inside flue, lowering abrasion on impeller and prolonging fan service life while cutting environmental pollution from smoke emission.
