* Model No.3.5C~8.6C of Y6-30 boiler induced draft fan is constructed with heat-resistant backward curved impeller, thick carbon steel welded volute casing, streamlined round air inlet and belt-driven separated motor set. ·

* The impeller is assembled with multiple high-temperature backward curved blades and front & rear wheel plate; all impeller assemblies pass strict static and dynamic balance calibration to realize stable low-vibration operation under high-temperature flue gas condition. ·

* This series of boiler exhaust blowers are made of high-quality carbon steel plate, optimized inner volute flow path cuts gas flow loss and maintains high exhausting efficiency with low running noise under varied boiler working load.

* Adopting belt pulley transmission layout, the unit owns compact overall structure, facilitating daily inspection, belt replacement and motor maintenance. * Curved streamline air inlet guides hot flue gas evenly into impeller to lift overall ventilation and exhaust efficiency.

Material Properties

With high efficiency and low-noise performance, Y6-30 series fans are specially customized for matched exhaust system of various industrial boilers, meanwhile available for ordinary exhaust and ventilation system conveying clean non-corrosive gas. All models can be equipped with standard Y-series three-phase asynchronous motor; B-Y6-30 explosion-proof variant configured with YB flameproof motor is available upon request for boilers burning volatile inflammable fuel. F-Y6-30 full stainless steel anti-corrosion customized version is optional for special high-temperature or corrosive flue gas working conditions, keeping identical airflow parameters and installation base dimension as standard carbon steel Y6-30 fan.

Benefits

Standard Y6-30 fan is applied for boiler flue gas exhaust and general factory air exhaust; explosion-proof B-Y6-30 can extract combustible volatile waste gas. The transported medium is clean gas free from corrosive and sticky substances, and the maximum allowable medium temperature shall not exceed 250℃.

B-Y6-30 explosion-proof induced draft fan keeps consistent technical performance, parameter selection standard, overall dimension and foundation mounting size with regular standard Y6-30 fan, only the driving motor is replaced with explosion-proof specification.

Products run at rotating speed from 1850r/min to 2350r/min with matched power ranging from 0.75kW up to 18.5kW, different matching of rotating speed and power forms diversified flow and full pressure range to satisfy different boiler exhaust and pipeline ventilation requirements.
