* Model No.3.6A~8.0A of APF purification box fan adopts single-plate backward curved impeller, compact box-type integrated structure with built-in primary, medium and HEPA high-efficiency composite filter set inside cabinet. * All impeller components pass strict static & dynamic balance calibration for stable low-vibration running, small overall footprint and convenient field installation & regular filter replacement maintenance. ·
* Integral sealed cabinet effectively prevents air bypass leakage; multi-stage graded filtration realizes 99.9% purification efficiency for 0.5μm fine particulate in supply air. ·
* Direct-coupled A-type structure matches standard 380V three-phase motor with two optional rotating speeds:1450r/min & 2900r/min to satisfy diversified air volume and static pressure demand. ·
* Standard modular filter frame structure allows quick disassembly for filter element replacement without dismantling fan pipeline.

Material Properties
Featured by integrated air supply + high-efficiency air purification, compact layout and easy maintenance, APF series fans are dedicated air handling equipment for clean ventilation project of hospitals, high-star hotels, commercial malls, cinemas, gymnasiums and high-end civil buildings. Standard model is equipped with ordinary three-phase asynchronous motor; B-APF explosion-proof variant fitted with YB flameproof motor is customized for special space with volatile flammable pollutant gas. F-APF full stainless steel customized version is available for slightly corrosive gas purification environment, keeping identical airflow parameters and installation dimension as standard carbon steel fan.
Benefits
Standard APF fan is used for clean fresh air supply and indoor dirty air exhaust; built-in multi-stage filter realizes 99.9% filtration efficiency against 0.5μm particles. Conveyed medium is clean non-corrosive harmless air without sticky viscous impurities and excessive dust particles, applicable ambient temperature ≤80℃ for long-term stable operation.
Fan Structure
B-APF explosion-proof purification fan retains consistent technical performance, outline dimension and foundation mounting size with standard APF fan, only driving motor is replaced with explosion-proof specification.
Model Selection
The series has two rotating speed options of 1450r/min and 2900r/min with matched power ranging from 2.2kW up to 15kW, diversified speed-power collocation covers wide flow and static pressure scope to meet different building fresh air purification and pipeline resistance requirement.

A1: All-in-one structure saves project installation space, reduces pipeline connection cost, and filter can be directly replaced from cabinet side door without disassembling fan body.
A2: Multi-stage primary+medium+HEPA filter combination reaches 99.9% filtration efficiency for 0.5μm particulate, satisfying hospital and high-end building clean fresh air standard.
A3: B-APF explosion-proof fan with flameproof motor is available for clean space with flammable volatile chemical gas.
A4: F-APF full stainless steel version is customized for corrosive moisture air, same installation size and airflow data as carbon steel model.
A5: Standard is 380V three-phase, small-size model can be customized into 220V single-phase on special request.
A6: Service cycle depends on inlet air cleanliness; general commercial building needs filter replacement every 3~6 months, hospital every 2~4 months.
A7: Provide required fresh air volume, pipeline total resistance and room area, we match corresponding model, power and rotating speed.
A8: Multiple outlet angles can be preset during production to fit client’s existing ventilation pipeline layout.
A9: Standard motor complies with IEC standard, CE-certified motor can be configured as customized order for EU customers.
A10: 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects starting from shipment date; filter cartridge and bearing are wearing parts excluded from free warranty.
