* Y5-47 series fans are designed for 0.2~20t/h industrial and domestic coal-fired boilers with smoke and dust removal systems, featuring three transmission types: A-type direct drive, C-type belt drive and D-type belt drive. * High-temperature resistant impeller and lengthened shaft with cooling wheel design effectively blocks heat transfer from the impeller to the motor housing, allowing continuous operation under flue gas temperatures of 165℃~250℃.

* The impeller is manufactured with wear-resistant materials to handle flue gas with dust content ≤150mg/m³, suitable for long-term operation under boiler exhaust conditions. ·

* A-type direct drive offers compact installation space, while C/D-type belt drives allow flexible speed adjustment via pulley changes to match different boiler exhaust demands. ·

Material Properties

The Y5-47 series is specifically designed for coal-fired boiler induced draft systems. It can handle flue gas with temperatures between 165℃ and 250℃ and dust content ≤150mg/m³. For flue gas temperatures exceeding 250℃, a customized stainless steel high-temperature resistant version is available.

Standard models are equipped with heavy-duty motors meeting E-class insulation standards. For high-temperature applications, high-temperature resistant motor configurations are optional.
