The F4-72 Type A Series FRP Centrifugal Fan adopts the mature performance parameters of the classic metal 4-72 centrifugal fan, and is integrally manufactured with high-performance FRP (fiberglass reinforced plastic) composite material. It is specially developed for conveying acid, alkali and other chemically corrosive gases, widely applied in chemical plants, electroplating workshops, oxidation workshops, power plants, laboratories, circuit board production workshops, environmental protection equipment and other scenarios with corrosive gas emission demands.

Material & Structural Properties

 
  • The whole fan shell and flow-passing components are made of FRP composite material, featuring outstanding acid & alkali corrosion resistance, anti-aging performance and light weight.
  • It inherits the aerodynamic structure of the original 4-72 metal fan: the impeller is equipped with backward-curved wing-type blades, passing strict static and dynamic balance calibration, to achieve high efficiency and stable operation.
  • Models from 2.8A to 7A adopt fixed integrated casing that cannot be disassembled, with fixed curved side air inlets containing axial parallel sections, which can guide air into the impeller smoothly to improve ventilation efficiency.
  • It adopts direct-coupled drive motor (B35 type with flange and footing for A-type models), with compact structure, low mechanical vibration and low running noise.

Transport Medium Restrictions

 
The conveyed gas cannot contain sticky substances; the concentration of dust and hard solid particles in the gas shall not exceed 150mg/m³, gas temperature ≤60℃, relative humidity ≤100%. It cannot be used for flammable & explosive gas conveying by default (explosion-proof customized motor is required for such scenarios).
