· The entire fan body is constructed from polyester fiberglass composite material, offering exceptional resistance to acids, alkalis, and various corrosive chemical agents.

· Belt-Drive Design: The impeller is connected to the motor via a belt through a water-cooled or oil-cooled bearing seat. This design isolates the motor from corrosive gases, reducing corrosion, lowering motor load, and extending service life.

Transport Medium Requirements

 

The conveyed gas must not contain any sticky substances. The concentration of dust and hard particles must not exceed 150mg/m³. The gas temperature must be ≤60°C, and the relative humidity can be up to 100%.
