PP4-62 Series Polypropylene Centrifugal Fan
The PP4-62 series polypropylene centrifugal fan is constructed from rigid polypropylene (PP) plates, heat-pressed and welded together, based on the performance parameters of the metal 4-62 series. It is widely used for ventilation and exhaust of acidic and alkaline corrosive gases in industries such as scientific research, chemical, metallurgy, electronics, Clean process, textiles, instrumentation, electroplating, mining, schools, hotels, laboratories, and environmental protection equipment.
The fan is not suitable for handling aromatic compounds, fatty acids, halogenated derivatives of aromatic hydrocarbons, ketones, or other corrosive gases.

Material & Structural Properties
The PP4-62 series fan features a full polypropylene construction, offering excellent chemical resistance to most acids and alkalies. It is manufactured using rigid PP plates that are heat-pressed and welded, ensuring a robust, leak-proof structure.
The direct-drive design integrates the impeller with the motor, ensuring low mechanical vibration, low noise, and stable operation. The fan body is lightweight, rigid, and resistant to aging, making it ideal for continuous operation in harsh environments.

Fan Structure
The fan consists of a polypropylene scroll casing, an impeller, a direct-drive motor, and a mounting base. The air inlet and outlet are designed for standard duct connections.

The series includes models from 2A to 8A, with power ranging from 0.25kW to 7.5kW and speeds from 960r/min to 1450r/min.

A4: The gas temperature must not exceed 60°C, and the relative humidity should be ≤100%.

A7: The series uses direct-drive, three-phase 380V motors.
