The ZS Series Large Movable Evaporative Air Cooler covers 6 complete models: ZS-18Y1 / ZS/BP-18Y1, ZS-18Y6 / ZS/BP-18Y6, ZS-23Y6 / ZS/BP-23Y6. It adopts top air outlet design, with two airflow grades (18000 m³/h & 23000 m³/h), matched with single-speed / variable frequency dual control schemes, suitable for extra large workshops, breeding bases, greenhouses and commercial venues of 100–180 .

· Integral thickened anti-aging PP plastic cabinet, unique upward top air outlet structure, equipped with heavy-duty welded metal movable bracket and universal brake casters for free relocation and stable load bearing.

Single-speed LCD controller: Fixed single wind gear, supports cooling, timing cleaning, ventilation, exhaust & swing wind functions; built-in overload protection and pump water shortage auto-stop alarm.

Variable frequency inverter controller: 12 adjustable wind speeds, real-time temperature display, full protection against overvoltage, undervoltage, overload, phase loss and water shortage.

· Two motor power configurations: 1.1kW F-class insulated motor for 18000 m³/h models; 1.5kW F-class insulated motor for 23000 m³/h large airflow models. All motors reach IP54 dustproof & waterproof grade, high temperature & humidity resistance, low noise and stable long-time industrial operation.

· High static pressure axial-flow plastic fan wheel, optimized fluid mechanics design, smooth air duct, cool wind can deliver up to 20 meters long distance.

· Two water supply configurations: ZS-18Y1 / ZS/BP-18Y1 support external tap water direct connection; ZS-18Y6 / ZS/BP-18Y6 / ZS-23Y6 / ZS/BP-23Y6 equip built-in 240L large integrated PP water tank, medium wind continuous cooling for 8–13 hours after full filling.

· Thickened high-density special corrugated honeycomb cooling pad made of new polymer composite material, ultra-high water absorption, mildew-proof, anti-aging and long service life.
