The ZS-18Y2 Series Large Movable Evaporative Air Cooler includes four full models: ZS-18Y2, ZS/BP-18Y2, ZS-18Y6-4, ZS/BP-18Y6-4. It adopts double mushroom top air outlets, delivers max airflow of 18000 m³/h with 180Pa static pressure, equipped with two water supply modes (tap water connection / built-in 240L large water tank) and dual control systems (single-speed / 12-speed variable frequency inverter). It is designed for large factories, breeding farms, greenhouses and commercial venues covering 100–150 ㎡.

Single-speed LCD Controller: Fixed single wind gear, supports cooling, timed cleaning, ventilation, exhaust & swing wind functions; built-in overload protection and pump water shortage auto-stop alarm. Matched with 380V industrial power supply.

Variable Frequency Inverter Controller: 12 adjustable wind speeds, real-time temperature display, full multi-protection against overvoltage, undervoltage, overload, phase loss and water shortage. Matched with universal 220V commercial power supply.

· Dedicated 1.1kW F-class insulated motor with IP54 dustproof & waterproof grade, high temperature & humidity resistance, high efficiency, low noise and stable long-term continuous industrial startup performance.

· High static pressure axial-flow plastic fan wheel with optimized fluid dynamics air duct design, balanced air intake and outlet, reduces wind resistance, supports long-distance air delivery up to 20 meters.

· Two water supply configurations:

Y2 series: Reserved tap water pipeline interface, realizes automatic unattended water replenishment without built-in tank.

Y6-4 series: Integrated 240L large environmental PP water tank, anti-aging & crack resistant; medium wind cooling mode supports 8–13 hours continuous operation after full filling.

· Thickened high-density special corrugated honeycomb cooling pad made of new polymer composite material, super high water absorption, mildew-proof, anti-aging and long service life.

· Foldable closed air outlet shutter blocks dust and insects during standby, keeps internal components clean, easy to disassemble for daily cleaning maintenance.

· Complete multi-layer safety protection system: water shortage pump shutdown alarm, overload, overvoltage, undervoltage and phase loss automatic power-off protection for both single-speed and inverter versions.

Usage Restrictions

Only applicable for indoor and shaded semi-open large industrial, agricultural and commercial space ventilation cooling; avoid long-term direct sunlight exposure. Only clean tap water can be injected into the water tank; corrosive, oily and chemical liquids are prohibited.
