The ZX/ZS-30 Series Standard Industrial Evaporative Air Cooler contains four wall-hung models with max airflow of 30000 m³/h, divided by two air outlet directions (downward / top) and two mechanical safety control grades (A-class / S-class). Equipped with a 3.2kW high-power F-class motor and a large 60L built-in water tank, it is designed for extra-large high-temperature factories, breeding farms and exhibition halls covering 120–200 ㎡.

· Integrated thickened anti-aging PP plastic cabinet, wall-mounted installation design; two air outlet options: ZX downward air outlet (recommended priority if installation space allows), ZS top air outlet, to match different workshop beam and ceiling layout limits.

A-Class Mechanical Controller: Single fixed wind speed, supports cooling, cleaning and swing wind functions, only equipped with phase loss protection, cost-effective for general low-risk factories.

S-Class Mechanical Controller: Single fixed wind speed, full multi-protection including overload, short-circuit and electric leakage, higher safety standard for chemical, metal smelting and high-hazard workshops.

· Built-in 60L large environmental PP water tank, anti-aging and crack resistant; medium wind cooling mode supports long-time continuous operation without frequent water refilling.

· Thickened special corrugated honeycomb cooling pad made of new composite polymer material, ultra-high water absorption, mildew-proof and long service life.

· Reminder 1: This model does not come with a dust filter net as standard.

· Reminder 2: Downward air outlet type has better air circulation effect and is recommended preferentially when installation conditions permit.

· Intelligent water shortage protection system: Cooling and water pump functions automatically shut down with alarm reminder when water is exhausted to avoid dry burning damage to the cooling pad.

Usage Restrictions

Only applicable for indoor and shaded semi-open large industrial, agricultural and commercial space ventilation cooling; avoid long-term direct sunlight exposure. Only clean tap water can be injected into the water tank; corrosive, oily and chemical liquids are prohibited.
