The ZX/ZC/ZS-23 Series Luxury Wall-Hung Evaporative Air Cooler includes six full models with fixed 23000 m³/h airflow, divided by three air outlet directions (downward ZX / side ZC / top ZS) and two control types (single-speed mechanical / 12-speed variable frequency LCD inverter). It features thickened luxury integrated PP cabinet, wall-mounted hoisting design with 1.5kW high-power F-class motor and 25L built-in water tank, suited for large high-temperature factories, breeding farms and greenhouses covering 100–180 ㎡.

· Thickened anti-aging integrated PP luxury cabinet, wall hoisting installation; detachable angle iron wall bracket is optional accessory. Three air outlet layouts for different site conditions: downward air outlet (ZX, recommended priority if space permits), side air outlet (ZC), top air outlet (ZS).

· Two independent control systems for all models:

Single-speed mechanical controller: Single fixed wind speed, supports cooling, regular cleaning, ventilation, exhaust & swing wind; equipped with overload and pump water shortage auto-stop protection, matched with 380V three-phase industrial power supply.

Variable frequency inverter LCD controller: 12 adjustable wind speeds, real-time temperature display, full multi-protection against overvoltage, undervoltage, overload, phase loss and water shortage, matched with universal 220V single-phase commercial power supply.

· Dedicated 1.5kW F-class insulated motor with IP54 dustproof & waterproof grade, excellent high temperature & humidity resistance, high static pressure, low noise and stable 24-hour continuous industrial operation. Max static pressure reaches 210Pa for long-distance air delivery.

· Optimized fluid mechanics axial-flow plastic fan wheel, smooth air duct to reduce wind resistance, uniform wide-area cool wind coverage.

· Built-in 25L environmental PP water tank, anti-aging and crack resistant; medium wind cooling mode supports continuous operation for 6–8 hours after full filling, reserved tap water inlet for automatic water supply transformation.

· Thickened high-density special corrugated honeycomb cooling pad made of new polymer composite material, ultra-high water absorption, mildew-proof and long service life.

· Foldable closed air inlet shutter blocks dust and insects during standby, easy disassembly for daily cleaning maintenance.

· Complete safety protection system: Water shortage pump auto-stop alarm, overload, overvoltage, undervoltage and phase loss power-off protection for both control versions.

Usage Restrictions

 

Only suitable for indoor and shaded semi-open industrial, agricultural and commercial space ventilation cooling; avoid long-term direct sunlight exposure. Only clean tap water can be injected into the water tank; corrosive, oily and chemical liquids are prohibited.
