The LX/LC/LS-23 Series External Rotor Centrifugal Evaporative Air Cooler includes six full models with a fixed maximum airflow of 23000 m³/h, categorized by three air outlet directions (downward LX / side LC / top LS) and two control types (A-class single-speed mechanical / stepless variable frequency control box). It adopts a thickened integrated engineering plastic cabinet, external rotor double-inlet centrifugal fan, built-in 60L large water tank, wall-mounted design, suitable for medium-large factories, supermarkets, schools and agricultural greenhouses covering 120–180 .

· Thickened anti-impact engineering plastic integrated cabinet, wall-mounted hoisting design. Three air outlet layouts to match different on-site wall and pipeline conditions: downward air outlet (LX, recommended priority if installation space permits), side air outlet (LC), top air outlet (LS). Dust filter net is not equipped as standard.

· Two independent control schemes for all models:

A-Class Single-Speed Mechanical Controller (Standard Equipped): Fixed single wind speed, supports cooling, regular cleaning, ventilation, exhaust and swing wind functions; equipped with phase loss and water shortage pump protection, matched with 380V three-phase industrial power supply.

Stepless Variable Frequency Control Box (Optional Accessory): Infinite stepless wind speed adjustment, comes with cooling and cleaning functions; full multi-protection against overcurrent, undervoltage, overload, short circuit and electric leakage, matched with 220V single-phase power supply.

· Dedicated 2.2kW F-class insulated external rotor motor with IP54 dustproof & waterproof grade, excellent high temperature & humidity resistance, high static pressure output up to 450Pa, low noise and stable 24-hour continuous industrial operation. Double-inlet centrifugal fan wheel with optimized fluid mechanics duct for smooth air flow and long-distance duct air supply up to 40m.

· Built-in 60L large anti-aging PP water tank, medium wind cooling mode supports 10–13 hours of continuous operation after full filling; reserved tap water inlet interface for automatic water replenishment modification.

· Thickened special corrugated honeycomb cooling pad made of new-generation polymer composite material, featuring ultra-high water absorption, water resistance, mildew resistance and long service life.

· Foldable closed air inlet shutter blocks dust and insects during standby, easy to disassemble for daily cleaning maintenance.

· Complete safety protection system: Water shortage auto-stop alarm, phase loss / overload / short-circuit / leakage multi-protection for both control versions.

Usage Restrictions

 

Only applicable for indoor and shaded semi-open medium-large industrial, agricultural and commercial space ventilation cooling; avoid long-term direct sunlight exposure. Only clean tap water can be injected into the water tank; corrosive, oily and chemical liquids are prohibited.
