YMC Series Industrial Cartridge Dust Collector

YMC industrial dust collector is a pulse cartridge type dust removal equipment, widely used for industrial dust collection, air pollution treatment and particulate recovery. It adopts flame-retardant filter cartridges and automatic pulse back-blow cleaning system, 380V three-phase industrial power supply, covering airflow range 2000~20000 m³/h.

Working Principle

The built-in fan draws dusty air into the dust collector; dust particles are intercepted on the outer surface of filter cartridges, and clean air passes through the filter element and is exhausted outwards.

As dust accumulates, air resistance rises. The microcomputer control system automatically activates pulse cleaning: electromagnetic valves open in sequence, compressed air sprays inside-out to blow off dust attached to filter cartridges.

Fallen dust gathers in the ash hopper, realizing continuous stable dust removal.
