* KTS series multi-blade centrifugal fan consists of impeller, volute casing, air inlet, belt drive assembly and matched motor. It is a double-inlet belt-driven fan for ventilation and air conditioning systems. ·
* The impeller adopts multiple forward-curved blades, processed with strict static and dynamic balance calibration. It features excellent aerodynamic performance, large air volume and stable operation. ·
* The fan body is manufactured from high-quality steel plate, firm and durable. The overall structure is compact, with low vibration and low noise during operation. ·
* The casing is of integrated fixed structure with high rigidity, which is solid and not easy to deform under long-time continuous working condition. ·
* The double-side air inlets adopt streamlined curved design, enabling air to flow into the impeller smoothly and improving overall operating efficiency. ·
* Equipped with standard belt transmission structure, it realizes flexible speed regulation and brings convenient daily operation and maintenance.

Material Properties
Featured by large airflow, low noise, stable performance and wide application range, KTS multi-blade centrifugal fan is ideal ventilation equipment for fire protection ventilation, air conditioning matching, indoor air exchange and cooling. It is widely applied in stadiums, theatres, schools, hotels, restaurants, shopping malls, residential buildings and various industrial sites.
Standard KTS fans are equipped with common three-phase asynchronous motors. We also provide customized models: F-KTS made of stainless steel for conveying corrosive gas; B-KTS equipped with explosion-proof motor for working places with volatile flammable gas. All customized versions keep the same performance parameters and installation dimensions as standard models.
Benefits
The conveying medium is clean air or other non-corrosive, non-explosive and harmless gas. The delivered gas shall not contain sticky substances, excessive dust or solid particles, and the dust concentration shall not exceed 150mg/m³. The maximum working temperature of medium shall not be higher than 80℃. With explosion-proof motor, B-KTS series can be used for ventilation in environments with volatile flammable gas.
Fan Structure
KTS series is designed with double-inlet structure and belt drive mode. The transmission part runs steadily with small vibration. The whole fan adopts integrated fixed casing, easy for installation and fixation. Explosion-proof type and anti-corrosion type share the same structure, performance and overall dimensions with standard models.
Model Selection
KTS series covers complete specifications from KTS-9" to KTS-36". Matched motors are equipped according to different models and rotating speeds. The belt-driven structure supports speed adjustment by replacing pulleys to satisfy different airflow and pressure requirements. Relevant installation instructions are available in the product manual.
